The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The chamber maid was very polite and the room was exceedingly clean. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast options were perfect. Croissants, bread, cake and batons were all delivered freshly baked. Selection of drinks very good and the service we received exceeded our expectations. This was our first visit to Ibis and as we frequently travel to the U.K. we shall make our stop overs at Ibis. It was also very convenient for the motorway.

I am disabled and was given a ground floor room, which I appreciated. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Buffalo Grill was excellent. The advantages of an Ibis Budget Hotel are the price and that you know what to expect: simple, clean and accessible rooms with no frills.

The hotel organised a taxi for us into Tours where we had a wonderful evening. The staff were excellent. My wife left a kindle behind but fortunately the lady cleaning our room saw us getting into our car and called out the window to us. The staff on reception were excellent too.
